Who is responsible
KaiSpace.art works in partnership with Free Intelligence Institute LLC, 145 Pine Haven Shores Rd. #1000A, Shelburne, VT 05482, USA. For any privacy question, write to hi@kaispace.art.
What we collect
This website does not store the details you type into the contact form. The form only prepares an email in your own email app. If you send it, we receive your name, email address, project type, budget range and message — the same as any email you send us.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to prepare and deliver the project. The legal basis is your request and steps taken before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete them earlier.
Services we rely on
Emails are received through our email providers, which may include Google (Gmail). The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to hi@kaispace.art. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services change. The current version is always on this page.
